Most of our acupuncture patients start at our clinic as naturopathic patients and fill out the forms above. If you are interested in becoming an acupuncture only patient contact us or read more information here.

If you aren't a patient of our clinic yet but are interested and would like a chance to have a complimentary 10 minute "Meet and Greet Information Phone Call" from Dr. Carrie, this can be scheduled here. This can be helpful for individuals who have some specific questions about whether naturopathic medicine or acupuncture has helped previous patients of mine with similar concerns. It can also be helpful for prospective patients who would like to see if my clinic might be a good fit for them. Please note, specific health advice is not given during this call, as it is best to give recommendations after a thorough assessment.

*6pm appointments are available Wednesdays by request but are very popular and fill up quickly
**We are open one Friday a month from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm otherwise we are closed on Fridays.
